Durian Puff

- 1 sheet, thawed Puff pastry
- 1 cup, mashed Durian flesh
- 1/2 cup Whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1, beaten (for egg wash) Egg

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares, approximately 4 inches by 4 inches.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed durian flesh, whipping cream, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Place a spoonful of the durian mixture in the center of each pastry square, ensuring not to overfill.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle. Press the edges together to seal, then use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
- Brush the top of each puff with the beaten egg to achieve a golden finish.
