- Black pepper
- to taste
- Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons
- Fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Snow peas
- 1 cup, trimmed
- Carrots
- 1 cup, julienned
- Broccoli florets
- 1 cup
- Bell peppers
- 1 cup, sliced (any color)
- Eggs
- 4, beaten
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, julienned carrots, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender and vibrant in color.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet, creating space for the eggs. Crack the beaten eggs into the empty space and scramble them with a spatula until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the scrambled eggs with the vegetables, then pour in the soy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, stirring everything together to ensure the sauce coats the ingredients evenly.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Serve the egg and vegetable stir fry hot, garnished with chopped green onions for a fresh touch. Enjoy your meal!
