- Milk
- 1/4 cup
- Eggs
- 6, large
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well-combined.
- Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until they are softened and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed vegetables in the skillet, ensuring the vegetables are evenly distributed.
