Ingredients

- Bean sprouts

- Green onions

- Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth
- 4 cups
- Eggs
- 2
- Ramen noodles
- 2 packs
Instructions
- Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles following the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat the chicken broth in a separate pot until it simmers.
- In another saucepan, boil enough water to cover the eggs. Carefully add the eggs and boil for 6 minutes for a soft-boiled consistency or 8 minutes for a medium-boiled. Remove from heat, transfer the eggs into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process, then peel and set aside.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper into the simmering chicken broth.
