Ingredients
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Green onions (2, chopped)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)
- Eggs (4)
- Cooked rice (2 cups)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Push the rice to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space.
