Ingredients

  • Cardamom pods (4 pods, crushed)
  • Ground coffee (2 tablespoons)
  • Water (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the ground coffee and crushed cardamom pods to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and let the coffee simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it sit for 2 minutes to allow the coffee grounds to settle.
