Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes
- 3 medium, diced
- Endive
- 2 heads, chopped
- Onion
- 1 medium, diced
- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Salt

- 1/4 cup, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
