- 1 pound, casings removed Italian sausage
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 medium, diced Onion

- 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh sage

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the diced onion, celery, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
