Ingredients
- Endive
- 2 heads, separated into leaves
- Garlic
- 1 bulb
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon
- Cream cheese
- 4 ounces, softened
- Sour cream
- 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Chives
- 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top off the garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap it in aluminum foil.
- Roast the garlic in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
