- 1 bulb Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 ounces, softened Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish) Chives

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
