Ingredients

Potatoes

Pickles
1/2 cup, diced
Hard-boiled eggs

Mayonnaise
3/4 cup
Mustard
1 tablespoon
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Fresh parsley
2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling the potatoes and carrots until tender. Allow them to cool, then peel and dice them into small cubes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, cooked peas, diced pickles, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
