- Mint leaves

- Tej (Ethiopian honey wine)
- 1/2 cup
- Honey
- 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Mixed fruit (such as mango, pineapple, papaya, and berries)
- 4 cups, chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped mixed fruit, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey. The acidity of the lemon juice will enhance the sweetness of the fruits.
- Toss the fruit gently until it is well coated with the lemon juice and honey. Be careful not to mash the fruit.
