Ingredients

Salsa

Guacamole
1/2 cup
Sour cream

Burger buns

Green bell pepper
1, thinly sliced
Fajita seasoning
1 packet
Ground beef
1 pound

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the ground beef with the fajita seasoning. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each into a patty.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  3. While the burgers are grilling, heat the olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and onion. Sauté until they are tender and have a caramelized look to them.
  4. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger, allowing it to melt over the meat.
