Ingredients
- Cilantro

- Chicken breasts
- 2, sliced into thin strips
Instructions
- In a bowl, create the marinade by combining the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts into the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or for best results, refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer the chicken from the marinade to the skillet, discarding the remaining marinade. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until they are tender and slightly charred, about 5 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss with the cooked peppers and onion to combine.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat or in the oven wrapped in foil at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken fajita mixture on warm tortillas. Allow each person to garnish their fajita with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
