Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Bread slices (4)

- Ricotta cheese (1/2 cup)
- Fava beans (1 cup, shelled)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fava beans and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool. Peel off the outer skins of the beans.
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
