1 tablespoon, chopped plus extra for garnishing
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
Dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon plus extra for garnishing
Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon, freshly squeezed
Greek yogurt
1/2 cup
Cream cheese
1/2 cup, at room temperature
Feta cheese
1 cup, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, room temperature cream cheese, Greek yogurt, freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, freshly ground black pepper, and chopped fresh parsley.
  2. Process the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. You may need to pause and scrape down the sides of the food processor a few times to ensure everything is well combined.
  3. Transfer the creamy dip to a serving bowl.
  4. Drizzle the top of the dip with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil.
