Medjool dates
12, pitted
Fresh figs
6, halved
Goat cheese
4 ounces, softened
Bacon slices
12, cut in half
Balsamic glaze
2 tablespoons
Toothpicks

  2. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. Cut each fresh fig in half.
  4. Stuff each date with a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of goat cheese.
  5. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the wrapped dates, ensuring each one is coated.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
