Ingredients
- Medjool dates
- 12, pitted
- Fresh figs
- 6, halved
- Goat cheese
- 4 ounces, softened
- Bacon slices
- 12, cut in half
- Balsamic glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Cut each fresh fig in half.
- Stuff each date with a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of goat cheese.
- Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
