Goat cheese
1/2 cup
Fresh figs
8-10 medium-sized figs

Instructions

  7. Remove the figs from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. Drizzle the warm honey balsamic glaze over the stuffed figs.

Tips

  • 💡 Choose ripe but firm figs for this recipe. They should give slightly when squeezed but not be mushy.
  • 💡 For a variation, you can add chopped walnuts or pecans to the goat cheese for a bit of crunch.
  • 💡 If you don't have balsamic glaze, you can reduce balsamic vinegar with some sugar until it thickens to a glaze consistency.
