
Fig and Ricotta Stuffed Figs with Orange Marmalade
These delicious stuffed figs are filled with creamy ricotta cheese and topped with tangy orange marmalade.
Ingredients
- Orange marmalade (1/4 cup)
- Ricotta cheese (1/2 cup)
- Fresh figs (8)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut a small slit in each fig and gently open them up.
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of ricotta cheese into each fig.
- Place the stuffed figs on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the orange marmalade over the stuffed figs.
