Ingredients

Fresh figs
12, ripe
Walnuts
1 cup, finely chopped
Honey
1/4 cup
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
a pinch
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully cut a small slit in the top of each fig, creating an opening without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped walnuts, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended.
