Instructions
- Start by adding the coffee powder to the top compartment of the filter.
- Boil 1 cup of water and carefully pour it over the coffee powder. Cover the filter and allow it to drip for about 10 minutes, letting the rich decoction collect in the bottom compartment.
- While the coffee is dripping, pour 1 cup of milk into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent it from scorching.
- Once the coffee has finished dripping, pour the desired amount of decoction into a cup (usually 1/4 to 1/2 cup, depending on preference).
- Add the boiled milk to the decoction, adjusting the ratio to your taste.
- Sweeten with sugar according to your preference and stir well to combine.
- Serve hot in a traditional tumbler or cup, and enjoy the delightful layers of flavor.
Tips
- For a stronger coffee, increase the amount of coffee powder used in the filter.
- Experiment with different types of milk, such as almond or oat milk, for a unique twist.
- Some people enjoy adding a pinch of cardamom for an aromatic touch.
