- 1 cup Cold water
- 4 (6oz each) White fish fillets
- 4 large, cut into fries Potatoes
- For frying Vegetable oil
- For garnish Parsley
- For serving Lemon wedges

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add the cold water to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms.

- In the same hot oil, fry the cut potatoes in batches until golden and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
