Dive into the oceanic delight of a Crispy Fish Burger. This healthy spin on a traditional burger is crafted with fresh white fish, pan-fried to a delicious golden brown. Ingredients for tartar sauce
refer to the tartar sauce recipe below

Instructions

  1. To prepare the tartar sauce, combine all the tartar sauce ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fish fillets, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the fish patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. While the patties are cooking, slice the tomatoes, wash the lettuce leaves, and toast the hamburger buns.
  5. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of tartar sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Add a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked fish patty, and a tomato slice. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  6. Serve the crispy fish burgers immediately, with extra tartar sauce on the side for those who want an extra dollop. Enjoy!
