Ingredients

  • Oregano (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Red wine vinegar (2 tablespoons)
  • Cilantro (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • Parsley (1/2 cup, chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Flat steak (1 pound)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Season the flat steak with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
