Ingredients
- Oregano (1/2 teaspoon)
- Red pepper flakes (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Red wine vinegar (2 tablespoons)
- Cilantro (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Parsley (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Flat steak (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the flat steak with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
