- Warm water (1 cup (110°f or 43°c))
- Active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet))
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and sugar. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the yeast mixture along with the olive oil.
- Stir the mixture until a dough starts to form, then transfer it to a floured surface. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
