- Lemon juice

- Dried lavender buds

- Water
- 1 cup
- Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup
- Mixed fresh fruits
- 4 cups (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, and pineapple), chopped
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and lavender buds.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the lavender to infuse its flavor.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the syrup cool completely.
- Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the lavender buds.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped fresh fruits.
- Drizzle the lavender syrup over the fruits, then add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Gently toss the fruits to coat them evenly with the syrup.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld before serving.
