Ingredients

Original recipe serves 10

Unsalted butter
1 stick (1/2 cup), softened
Minced garlic
2 cloves
Fresh thyme
1 teaspoon, chopped
Fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon, chopped
Dried oregano
1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Place the butter mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Using the wrap, shape the mixture into a log or tube.
  3. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  4. Once hardened, remove the plastic wrap and slice the butter into coins as needed for your recipes.
