Pork loin
1 pound, cut into bite-sized pieces
All-purpose flour
1 cup
Eggs
2, beaten
Breadcrumbs
1 cup, preferably seasoned
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
for frying
Scoop chips
1 bag, for serving
Dipping sauce (optional)
1 cup, store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning the pork pieces with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Ensure each piece is evenly coated for maximum flavor.
  2. Set up a dredging station: Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
