
Fruit Salad
A refreshing and colorful fruit salad made with a variety of fresh fruits.
Ingredients
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Mint leaves (10 leaves, chopped)
- Kiwi (2, peeled and sliced)
- Pineapple (1 cup, diced)
- Grapes (1 cup, halved)
- Raspberries (1 cup)
- Blueberries (1 cup)
- Strawberries (1 cup, sliced)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, pineapple, and kiwi.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey.
- Pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the fruit salad.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
