Instructions

  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Fry the bacon and sausages in the pan until they are browned and cooked through, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  3. In the same pan, add the slices of black and white pudding and fry until crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the cooked bacon and sausages, and set them aside to keep warm.
  5. In the same pan, crack in the eggs and fry them to your liking (sunny-side-up, over-easy, etc.).
  6. In a separate pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and add the halved tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Fry until the tomatoes are soft and the mushrooms are golden brown, around 5-7 minutes.
  7. In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
  8. In the pan with the tomatoes and mushrooms, add the sliced potatoes and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. To serve, arrange the cooked ingredients on warm plates and add slices of Irish soda bread on the side.
