- 4 cloves, minced
- White wine
- 1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce
- 1 cup
- Prawns
- 1 pound, peeled and deveined
- Salt

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until it becomes fragrant but not browned.
- Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, allowing the flavors to meld for another 5 minutes.
- Add the prawns to the skillet, stirring gently to coat them in the sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
- Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
