Ingredients

Original recipe serves 4

Mixed Greens
4 cups
Cucumber
1, large, sliced
Tomato
1, large, chopped
Bell Pepper
1, large, thinly sliced
Red Onion
1, small, thinly sliced
Carrot
1, large, grated
Radishes
6, thinly sliced
Black Olives
1/2 cup, pitted and sliced
Feta Cheese
1/2 cup, crumbled
Your Favorite Dressing
to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, add the mixed greens as the base of your salad.
  2. Layer the cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, red onion, carrot, and radishes evenly over the mixed greens.
  3. Scatter the black olives and crumbled feta cheese on top for a punch of flavor.
  4. Just before serving, drizzle your favorite dressing over the salad. Toss gently to coat the salad with the dressing.
