Ingredients

Cabbage
1 medium head, sliced into thin chips
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage and cut it into thin slices, approximately 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cabbage with olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until the cabbage is evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned cabbage slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cabbage chips are crispy and turn a golden brown color. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
