
Garlic and Zucchini Flatbread
This delicious flatbread is topped with garlic, zucchini, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- Fresh basil (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Zucchini (2 medium, thinly sliced)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Pizza dough (1 pound)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic oil mixture over the surface of the dough.
- Arrange the sliced zucchini on top of the dough.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped basil.
- Slice into squares or wedges and serve hot.
