Ingredients
- Wooden skewers (8)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Zucchini (2 medium, sliced)
- Shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated shrimp and sliced zucchini onto the wooden skewers, alternating between shrimp and zucchini.
