- Cod fillets (4 (6 oz each))
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the cod.
