Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
