 - 1/4 cup, chopped
 - Salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
 - Black pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon, or to taste
 - Olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons
 - Lime
 - 2, juiced
 - Garlic
 - 4 cloves, minced
 - Shrimp
 - 1 pound, peeled and deveined

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated in the marinade.
 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp along with the marinade to the skillet.
 - Cook the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook, as shrimp can become rubbery.
