Garlic Parmesan Country Potatoes

- Potatoes
- 4, large, peeled and cubed
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Garlic
- 4 cloves, minced
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup, freshly grated
- Parsley
- 1/4 cup, fresh, chopped
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon, or to taste
- Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the peeled and cubed potatoes in a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil, minced garlic, freshly grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss all the ingredients until the potatoes are thoroughly coated.
- Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring none of them are overlapping for even cooking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Turn them halfway through for a uniform texture.
