Garlic-Parmesan Fries
Crispy, golden fries tossed in a rich garlic and Parmesan mixture, perfect as a side dish or snack. Inspired by the vibrant culinary scene of Seattle, these fries are a delightful addition to any meal.
Ingredients
- 4 large, cut into fries Russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup, grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon (optional, for heat) Red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat a small skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the skillet with the sautéed garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan if desired.
