
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
These crispy, flavorful potatoes make a perfect side dish for any meal. The combination of garlic and parmesan cheese is irresistible.
Ingredients
- Parsley (1 tablespoon, chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Potatoes (1.5 pounds, cut into 1-inch pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Gently toss to combine until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Stir in parsley.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with additional Parmesan and parsley, if desired.
