Zucchini
4 medium, sliced into half-moons
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Garlic
4 cloves, minced
Salt
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley (optional)
2 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions
