4 medium, cut into fry shapes
Egg
1, beaten
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Bread crumbs
1 cup, preferably whole wheat or panko for extra crunch
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, grated
Cooking spray

Marinara sauce
