Ingredients

Cold brew coffee
2 cups
Tomatoes
4 medium, chopped
Cucumber
1 medium, peeled and chopped
Red bell pepper

Red onion
1 small, chopped
Garlic
1 clove, minced
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Ground cumin
1 teaspoon
Salt
to taste
Black pepper

Fresh cilantro

Instructions
