Ingredients
- Cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Extra virgin olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Fresh lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Tomato (1, diced)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Red bell pepper (1, seeded and diced)
- Cucumber (1, peeled and diced)
- Watermelon (6 cups, diced)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
