Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup
- Fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon, grated
- Sugar
- 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Water
- 1 cup
- Plain yogurt
- 2 cups (preferably whole milk yogurt)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the plain yogurt, water, sugar, and grated ginger.
- Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the lassi is chilled and frothy, about 30 seconds.
- Taste the lassi and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
