Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 cup
Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Sugar
2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Water
1 cup
Plain yogurt
2 cups (preferably whole milk yogurt)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the plain yogurt, water, sugar, and grated ginger.
  2. Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the lassi is chilled and frothy, about 30 seconds.
