Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour blend, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
