- 1 cup (100g), shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g), grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup, chopped for garnish Fresh basil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, usually boiling them for 2-3 minutes until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, gently stirring to coat them evenly in the rich tomato sauce.
