- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon, or to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste Black pepper
- 1/2 cup, freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- A handful, torn Fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- 1 lb (500 g) Potato Gnocchi

Instructions
- Follow the instructions on the package to cook the potato gnocchi. Drain well and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Pour in the tomato sauce. Season with salt and black pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet. Toss it gently until it's evenly coated in the flavorful sauce.
- Transfer the saucy gnocchi to a baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- Top the gnocchi with a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
