Gopchang (Grilled Beef Intestines)

Instructions
- Start by thoroughly cleaning the beef intestines. Rinse them under cold water, removing any impurities, and then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, season the intestinal pieces with salt and black pepper. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes to enhance the flavor.
- Heat the sesame oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned intestines and cook for about 5 minutes, or until they start to brown.
- Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, and chopped green onions to the pan. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
