- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup, shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons, softened Unsalted butter
- 4 slices (such as sourdough or ciabatta) Artisan bread

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
