Grapefruit Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 2 Black tea bags
- 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup, freshly squeezed Grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup, or to taste Honey
- As needed Ice cubes
- For garnish Grapefruit slices
- For garnish Mint sprigs

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the black tea bags and fresh mint leaves. Allow them to steep for 5 minutes.
- After the steeping time, remove the tea bags and strain out the mint leaves.
- Stir in the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and honey into the tea mixture until well combined.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate until it is thoroughly chilled.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of mint.
