Ingredients

  • Water (4 cups)
  • Black tea bags (2)
  • Fresh mint leaves (1 cup)
  • Grapefruit juice (1 cup, freshly squeezed)
  • Honey (1/4 cup, or to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Grapefruit slices (for garnish)
  • Mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the black tea bags and fresh mint leaves. Allow them to steep for 5 minutes.
  3. After the steeping time, remove the tea bags and strain out the mint leaves.
